Datadog
Configure agentgateway to send traces to Datadog.
Datadog is a cloud-based observability platform. You can use the Datadog Agent to forward traces from agentgateway to Datadog.
Before you begin
- Set up an agentgateway proxy.
- Install the httpbin sample app.
Install the Datadog Agent
Add the Datadog Helm repository.
helm repo add datadog https://helm.datadoghq.com helm repo updateCreate a Datadog API key secret.
kubectl create secret generic datadog-secret \ --from-literal=api-key=<your-datadog-api-key>Install the Datadog Agent with OTLP ingestion enabled.

Configure tracing
Create an AgentgatewayPolicy that points the agentgateway proxy at the Datadog Agent.
